Corruption is a symptom of wider Governance dynamics. It thrives in conditions where transparency and accountability are weak and people employed in the public service have too much discretion. Corruption adversely affects Service Delivery. Organisational success in Coruption Prevention is anchored on the quality of its leadership. To be successful in the modern era, all organisations must develop leadership at all levels. This workshop is designed to assist participants and leaders to realise this goal. The workshop will provides participants from both the public and private sectors with the insight, awareness and techniques on how good leadership can help in preventing corruption.
